Well Of Life is affiliated to New
Covenant Ministries International (NCMI), a trans-local,
apostolic/prophetic team that has the vision, “To
disciple the nations by planting New Testament churches
in every village, town, city and country that God
calls us to, either by prophetic words or doors of
opportunity He opens to us.”
During Leadership Training Times
(LTTs), leaders and emerging leaders from churches
that relate to NCMI gather, from all parts of the
world, to worship God, build relationships and receive
Bible-based leadership training that equips them to
serve God in the nations. LTTs usually take place
over five days, though some are three-day events.
An important part of being a Christian
is growing in God, and as we become more like Christ
we all develop leadership abilities in one form or
another. As such, all Christians from NCMI-relating
churches are welcome to attend LTTs. Leaders and members
of other churches are also invited. At special “looking-in”
sessions they can see the New Testament model of church
in action and ask questions.
Each year, members of Well Of Life
attend or are involved in LTTs in countries as diverse
as the UK, South Africa, Australia, the United States,
India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Singapore. The South
Africa LTT in Bloemfontein, which is held every September,
is the largest, with some 5,000 people attending.
The next Arabian Gulf LTT will take
place in Dubai in December 2008. For information about
registration, click
